How quickly will my order ship?

Most in stock products ship in 1 to 3 business days. Most special orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer any products that aren't listed on ZytronDirect?

Yes. We have a large number of different products and not all of them are on ZytronDirect. If you are interested in models not listed, please contact us and we will get back to you soon.

Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?

Yes. Being the manufacturer, we can guarantee the lowest price available on all Zytron Control Products, Inc. brand products. Lowest price guarantee includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping cost. Price match items must be available from reseller to ship to customer’s location. We will only honor requests submitted directly from the person who made the purchase. Cannot be from auction sites (ebay, etc.) and must be new and unused.

Do your products have any warranty?

Yes. We are confident that our products are reliable and durable so we offer a three-year parts and labor warranty against defects for all of our products, unless otherwise noted.

Is my personal & credit card information secure?

Yes. Our checkout process, utilizing Authorize.net, is encrypted and uses advanced fraud protection. We never store your credit card information.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return most new, unused products in its original packaging in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), exchange or store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer a free domestic shipping option via USPS for online orders over $199. Free shipping applies to shipments within the continental US only. Click here for more details.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes. P.O. boxes must ship USPS.
